Sour beers are the fastest-growing styles in the beer world. They are characterized by intentionally acidic, tart, sour flavors and aromas. Sour beers are made in Belgium, Germany and the United States, where they have become an obsession with craft brewers.

The World of Sour Beers is a guided tour of the best examples of sour beers from Europe and the United States. Participants will learn about the history of these styles, how they are made and will taste world-class examples of each.

This special course is hosted twice per year the first Saturday in April and October. Course begins at 11:00am and end roughly at 1:30pm.
