Brasserie Waterloo is located in the historic town of Waterloo, Belgium, just north of Brussels, near the famous battlefield where Napoléon met his match. In fact, the Waterloo beers were inspired by the bravery and spirit of the soldiers who fought in the historic 1815 battle that changed the geopolitical climate in Europe.
Waterloo’s line of premium beers are known for their quality and taste. The beers are brewed by Brasserie du Bocq, a family brewery that has been brewing fin Belgium for more than 160 years.
The Waterloo Beers
Waterloo Triple Blond (8.0%) is a traditional tripel – golden in color with a rich, creamy head. It is well-balanced with delicate hop flavor and aroma and a long, hoppy finish.
The Waterloo Strong Dark (8.0%) is a rich brown ale, in the Dubbel style, that is brewed with roasted malts. It is rich and somewhat alcoholic with spicy, caramelized notes.
Waterloo Red Cherry (8.0%) is an exquisite blend of dark ale, tart cherries and Timmerman’s Lambic. It is fruity and tart with notes of almonds and red apples.
Waterloo Récolte (6.0%) is a seasonal beer in the Saison style, brewed with fresh hops and organic wheat and barley from the original Mont-Saint-Jean farm. It is bitter and refreshing with spicy undertones.
Waterloo Cuvée Impériale (9.5%) is a strong ale with a silky, chocolate character. It is finished in spirits barrels and is very complex, with subtle notes of licorice, caramel, vanilla and oak.
